Grove Insurance Associates was a large website design and development project—integrating quote functionality for various insurance types and showcasing through content marketing its breadth of services from residential to commercial, from health to automobile insurance. Each section details full descriptions of each offerings and allows the customer to request quotes from the site itself. The goal was to make this site as accessible as the national brands, yet still convey its regional knowledge and the customer service only a smaller, local provider can give.

UNIQUE CHALLENGE

To allow for our customers to request online quotes in each of our offerings and provide them with detailed content on all of our services. There are so many providers out there offering similar products and solutions, but Grove wanted to get the message across that they have the knowledge of a national player with the service of a local provider.

PROCESS

We were thrilled to work on the whole website with the Grove team. As part of our early discussions, we know we needed to build a robust site for them that included building online forms for insurance quotes for each insurance product they sold. That meant building individual pages for each of these offerings with extensive copywriting and detailed information to create a significant call to action. We were also able to do some photography of the team and curate an aesthetic for the site that incorporated their own local brand with the presence and offerings to stand up against national players.

Capulin Creative worked with Grove Insurance to develop an entire marketing website, along with unique pages for each of their offerings, including building and implementing the funtionality for online estimate forms, so that their customers could have an immediate connection to them through the site itself.

copywriting

We provided content development for all of their commercial and residential offerings spanning everything from home insurance to boat insurance, medical and life. We also developed content for their marketing and about us pages as well.

photography

When it came time to develop a personal look and feel, we collaborated with the Grove team on new photography for their team members against the beautiful backdrop of Grove, Oklahoma, and integrated those photos into the site.
