MD Hair Labs is a state-of-the-art, robotic hair transplant clinic in Northwest Arkansas that provides the latest and greatest technologies in hair restoration for patients.
It is a dream to be in on the ground floor to see a business take flight, and that is exactly what happened with MD Hair Labs. They were building a state-of-the-art clinic for robotic hair transplants and needed a look and feel and a website to go with it to launch their business in Northwest Arkansas. We were able to help with branding, collateral, a content-rich website, as well as providing photography and videography services so that prospective clients could see the process unfold. It was a truly collaborative experience, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with MD Hair Labs in the future.
Development: The goal of the site was to provide rich content, testimonials, before and after imagery, video, and documented processes to answer questions that would come up.
Content: We worked with MD Hair Labs to develop strategic content that would explain their process and technologies.
As a start-up ourselves, as well as a marketing partner to so many small businesses, we were able to help MD Hair Labs establish best practices so that they had a head start both in their marketing strategy and their new business.
We developed mood boards and concepts, along with complete brand guidelines for all of their digital and print marketing materials.

The challenge for MD Hair Labs was to define its entire branding—look, feel and positioning. They also needed to be able to show prospective clients how the process worked. Everything had to coordinate seamlessly with their opening as they wanted to have clients immediately.
Capulin worked with the team developing mood boards, color schemes, branding guidelines etc. that would work into everything they produced: website, collateral, social, and more. The chosen“look” was developed into a full-fledged branding document and used to inform the new website and more. We also brought in a film crew to document the procedures and the new facility, and have been able to use that on the site for a more dynamic approach.
